CONFERENCE PROGRAM: ADVERTISING & ANNOUNCEMENT SUBMISSIONS
DEADLINE: EXTENDED until Friday, June 8th, 2007.
We are now accepting advertising and announcement submissions to be posted in our conference program booklet that will be distributed to all attendees at registration. The 8.5 x 11 booklet will include black and white and full color spreads.
Please create your ad within the specified dimension that you choose below (horizontal or vertical), and email them to marketing@lovingconference.com in .pdf, .eps, .tif, or .jpg formats. If you have a business card, you may also scan it at high resolution and email it to our attention. If you have a preset ad that is already created that does not fit within a dimension below, please contact us so that we can give you a new quote.
IMPORTANT: Please wait for your ad to be approved and confirmed by a conference representative first before paying online or through the mail. We need to make sure the ad is of good quality before we can print it.
You can also downlooad this information, including advertising rates, as a Microsoft Word document.
